As we race towards the halfway mark of #SouthAfricanYouthMonth, the timing of our interview with #NhlanhlaZwaneAydf is nothing short of impeccable.

The mission of the #AfricanYouthDevelopmentFund is to help the young people of Africa to reach their full potential by running programs which transform despondent youth (not in education, employment or training) into #DynamicMoversAndShakers, #TransformativeLeaders, and #ValueAddingCitizens.

#AfricanYouthDevelopmentFund has been able to amplify the reach of its programs by working with strategic implementation partners across the country as well as systematizing as much of their work as possible.

This interview was such an amazing introduction into the work they have been doing for years in terms of #HelpingSouthAfricanYouth. But overall, I love how the organisation is dismantling this contagious phenomenon of #learned helplessness.
