Recipe 5 Gallon
60 min mash 65C
60 min boil

Fermentables
2.5kg (50%) Pale Malt
2.0kg (40%) Wheat Malt
454g (10%) Flaked Oats

Hops
60 min - 34.5g Hallertauer Mittelfrueh (16 IBU)

Yeast
1 Pkg US-05 (or 24g if you use Bamforth's rule of thumb 1:54)

Other:
15 min - 1 tab of Irish Moss / Whirlfloc
10 min - 28g Ground Coriander Seed
5 min - 10g Sweet Orange Peel

OG: 1.048
FG: 1.009
ABV: 5.1%
