1kg ayam -potong kecil
4-5 Asam keping
2 3 ikat daun kesum
200ml santan
2-3 biji kentang- potong kiub
1 mangkuk cili kering kisar halus
1 batang serai

Bahan kisar:
1 inci kunyit
2 inci lengkuas
2 lada merah
2 batang serai (bahagian putih)
4 ulas bawang putih
5 biji buah keras
6 ulas bawang merah
10 biji cili api merah (boleh kurangkan)
Sedikit belacan

Ingredients:
1kg chicken -cut - bone in
4-5 tamarind slice
A bunch of laksa leaves (daun kesum)
200ml coconut milk
2-3 potatoes-cubed
8tbsp dried chili paste
1 stalk lemongrass

Blended ingredients:
1 inch tumeric
2 inch galangal
2 red chillies
2 lemongrass (white part)
4 cloves garlic
5 nos candlenut
6 shallots
10 bird eyes chilies (add/reduced accordingly)
Some shrimp paste/cube
