如果沒有萬緣放下,身心就會不安,因為有牽掛,有憂慮,那就帶給自已許多的煩惱,心如何能清淨。 清淨心能生智慧,清淨心能與佛菩薩感應道交。
If you don't let go of everything, your body and mind will be uneasy because you have cares and worries, which will bring you a lot of troubles. How can your heart be pure? A pure mind can give rise to wisdom, and a pure mind can communicate with Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

人生一場夢,世界虛幻無真實,如果貪戀,錯了,你把它認為是真的,也錯了。
有福報就有受用。沒有福報就貧窮潦倒,衣食不全。
即使有福報,也要覺悟,不能有絲毫貪戀及留戀的心。這個念頭就是輪迴心,所作所為都是輪迴的業。
Life is a dream, the world is illusory and has no reality. If you are greedy, you are wrong. If you think it is real, you are also wrong.
If you have blessings, you will benefit. Without blessings, one will be poor and have insufficient food and clothing.
Even if you are blessed, you must be aware of it and not have the slightest bit of greed or nostalgia. This thought is the mind of samsara, and everything you do is the karma of samsara.

睡眠是讓整個身體休息,恢復能量隔天才有精神跟體力。機器使用到一個時間,一定要好好的讓它休息跟保養。但是休息的時間也不能太長,太長也會產生副作用。所以養身之道是懂得睡眠、工作、飲食跟起居的時機。
Sleep allows the entire body to rest and restore energy so that you can have mental and physical strength the next day. After the machine has been used for a period of time, it must be well rested and maintained. But the rest time should not be too long, as too long can also cause side effects. Therefore, the way to maintain good health is to understand the timing of sleep, work, diet and daily life.

生活規律是健康之道,不能不重視。所以睡覺的時候,引發菩薩的大願,『當願眾生,身得安隱,心無動亂』,身心都安,心裡頭要萬緣放下。體力跟能量的消耗,百分之九十幾,大部分都是消耗在妄想裡頭。
Regular life is the key to health and cannot be ignored.Therefore, when sleeping, it triggers the Bodhisattva's great wish, "I wish that all living beings can have peaceful bodies and no turmoil in their minds."More than 90% of the physical strength and energy consumed is mostly consumed in delusions.

「心無動亂」,心是主宰。「動亂」就是煩惱、憂慮、牽掛,這個東西要是多的話,身體怎樣保養,對於健康的效果都會大打折扣。所以修行,頭一個就是修心。心,修行的標準就是佛教導我們的菩提心,發菩提心。我們知道發不出來,先學習,學習就是做修心的功夫。
"The mind is not disturbed", the heart is the master. "Trouble" refers to troubles, worries, and worries. If there are too many of these things, no matter how you take care of your body, the effect on your health will be greatly reduced. Therefore, in practice, the first step is to cultivate the mind.
Heart, the standard of practice is the bodhicitta taught by the Buddha, the bodhicitta.
We know that we cannot express it, so we must first learn. Learning is the work of cultivating the mind.
