To start our insane Jalisco meat tour, we visited a unique cart that grills up fresh pork ribs and chorizo on a wood fire, this is street food at its finest! Smoky, flavourful, spicy and super tasty, these Zapopan rib tacos were incredible and the best way to start our tour of the best Mexican street food in Guadalajara.

We continued our insane Jalisco meat tour tasting the local bionicos, flavourful pozole, crunchy chicharrones, and birria tacos. The birria and quesabirria tacos were incredibly flavourful and so cheesy. Birria tacos are a must try in Mexico, and one of the best street foods to taste in Guadalajara, Mexico.

We finished off our insane Jalisco meat tour tasting tejuino. Zapopan in Guadalajara is where you can find some incredible food to eat in Mexico.
