There’s so much incredible food to eat in Guadalajara, Mexico, it’s almost impossible to choose which tasty street foods to eat each day! We started our day off with the local tacos dorado de barbacoa, a popular Mexican food. During our Mexican street food tour, we also tried tejuino. Tejuino is a drink you’ve got to have when in Guadalajara, very unique and super tasty.

One of the highlights of our Guadalajara food tour was tasting carne en su jugo at the world’s fastest restaurant. Karne Garibaldi is the Guinness World Record holder for the fastest food service in the world! Their carne en su jugo is juicy and tender, full of flavour and a must eat Mexican food. We were seriously blown away by the speed of their service, something you have to see to believe! Our service was lightning fast, but was it worthy of a new Guinness World Record?
