Meet Genisis, a youth organizer for the Center for Community Advocacy in Salinas, California!

She first joined the organization’s Youth for Change program as a volunteer during her senior year of high school and has remained dedicated to the program ever since.

The Center for Community Advocacy is supported by the Packard Foundation's Salinas Youth Initiative. For more than a decade, the initiative, this initiative supported organizations that provide arts, academic, and athletic enrichment opportunities to East Salinas youth.
