This ending takes more effort because you can't just cheese it with Agni. Make sure HP never goes under 100 for most characters, due to the Blizzard spell. You can weather away a bit of the physical attacks with FortX spell, but it isn't very necessary. M.Drop, Cure2, WMeat and Meat are all party heals, so use them as you see fit.
Bleu's best single target spell is BoltX, everything else is a waste of AP. Ryu and Karn can comfortably keep using Mrbl1 item to keep doing Slam attacks (make sure to stock up on them). In between healing, Nina can use StarHR to compliment damage.
