Metro Trains at Hawksburn

Описание к видео Metro Trains at Hawksburn

Hawksburn station, on the Frankston and Cranbourne/Pakenham lines, was rebuilt in 1914 along with Armadale, Toorak and Malvern stations when the line was lowered to removal several level crossings between South Yarra and Caulfield stations. These four stations, almost identical in design, are known as the MATH stations and have a large island platform (2 & 3) and two side platforms. Hawksburn, like Armadale and Toorak, have two of these platforms out of use with Pakenham/Cranbourne services running express through the station these days and not stopping. This video shows all current types of Metro trains in service plus a lone V/Line VLocity
