This is a 25 morning yoga practice. Part 2 of the Rise & Stretch series of classes. A compact, mellow and mindful practice for all levels to help you unravel and stretch your whole body. Ideal as a morning yoga wake up practice or anytime you need a quick refresh. Move gently through hip openers, twists, lunges, side bends, backbends and complete practice with a fold and brief shavasana.
For practice you may wish to have a yoga block and folded blanket.
