Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda (better than you can possibly imagine!) & the ride to Kigali, Rwanda 🇺🇬 🇷🇼

Lake Bunyonyi is one of Uganda's most beautiful natural wonders, and my half-day tour of the lakeside vantage points was one of the most memorable highlights of my trip across East Africa. The bustle and chaos of urban Uganda (Kabale being no exception) was no match for the still, calming, and soothing solitude of the lakeside.

After my visit to Lake Bunyonyi (which I definitely plan on returning to again!) I headed south to the Rwandan border and onward to Kigali, the economically thriving "Singapore of Africa", wherre I would base myself for the majority of sightseeing in this wonderful land of 1,000 hills.
