Indian clubs do not build mobility. So what do they do exactly?

Описание к видео Indian clubs do not build mobility. So what do they do exactly?

You might not be able to do all the swings perfectly, or even raise your arms fully overhead. But the dynamic element of club swinging, combined with traction created by the pendulums and circles is different from lifting a weight or working with elastics. The traction lubricates the joints so that they perform smoother over a larger range of motion.
Start where you're at, with a light weight and do not over the pain threshold. It might uncomfortable but a couple of days down the road you'll have adjusted. The process of regaining mobility varies from person to person.
What have had great feedback from people swinging the pahlavandle, adjusting the weight as they go, and many reports of cancelled shoulder surgery.
