Tired of Waiting for You (live set excerpt)

Part of suite of songs loosely organized around the keywords stars, birds and waiting, this is the third and final section. It's my impression of the 1960s song "Tired of Waiting for You." It's based off of a fairly common progression of the day, two chords a whole step apart, in this case G - F. The melody is fairly straight-forward and weaves the two chords together. Toward the halfway point, I take short ad-lib around the same two chords, the devolves into some mayhem. This is played on a 1980s Fender Japan Telecaster "Sonny" through a number of pedals, including compression, reverb and tape delay, and into the venue PA system. The video was done on a smart phone, so not optimal for listening but it captures the gist of what I was trying to do.
