Rasmalai Recipe with Milk Powder | Quick and Easy Pakistani Dessert Recipe ( Foolproof)

Looking for a quick, easy, and absolutely delicious dessert?This foolproof Rasmalai recipe using milk powder is your go-to solution! Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s perfect for warm days, festive gatherings, or when you’re simply craving something sweet and satisfying.

Soft,spongy Rasmalai balls soaked in thick, cardamom infused milk this classic Pakistani dessert is a timeless favorite among both kids and adults.

✨Ingredients

• 2.5 Full Fat Milk
• 4-5 Cardamom
•100g (1/2cup) granulated Sugar
•150g (2/3cup) Condensed Milk
•240g (2 cups) Full Fat Milk powder
•8g (1tbsp) all purpose flour (maida)
•5g (1 1/4tsp) Baking powder
•1/2tsp Cardamom powder
•134g (large size 2 Eggs) room temperature
•27g (2tbsp) Oil
•1tbsp milk (if needed )
•pistachio & Almonds (Chopped )

📌Tips For PerfectRasmalai

•Use full fat milk powder for soft,rich texture.
•Baking powder must be fresh not older than 2–3 months.
•Knead dough gently for 4–5 minutes until smooth and soft.
•Rest the dough for 3-5 minutes before shaping.
•Make crack free smooth balls for best results.
•Use room temperature milk and eggs for even mixing.
•Use a wide deep pot so balls have enough space to expand.
•Add all balls at once to the simmering milk for even cooking.
•Cook on medium heat not high boil.
•After one gentle stir, cover with lid and cook for 8–10 minutes so steam makes them soft and spongy.
•Add cooked balls to slightly warm rabri not hot or cold.
•If the dough feels dry or cracks appear in the balls, add 1 tablespoon of milk while kneading for better moisture and softness.
•Chill rasmalai for 4–6 hours or preferably
overnight before serving for the best flavor and soft,creamy texture.
