सोपा चॉकलेट केक बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे सहित्य

• १/४ कप तेल
• ३/४ कप पिठीसाखर

Let’s see how to make easy and simple chocolate cake today. We already have seen few chocolate cake recipes. But this is one of the easiest method. I am also sharing perfect measurements. This cake turns out nice, fluffy, soft and spongy. You can easily demold it. It gets nice perforated texture and is light. It needs very few ingredients. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 3/4 cup powdered Sugar
• 2~3 drops Vanilla essence
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 1/2 cup Maida
• 1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
• Chopped Walnuts (Optional)

Method:
• Mix milk, oil, sugar and vanilla essence well together and add baking powder and baking soda.
Mix well.
• You can use butter or ghee in place of oil.
• If you are using ghee, then use a little less than 1/4 cup.
• You can use 1 tsp Eno fruit salt in place of baking powder and baking soda.
• Sieve maida and cocoa powder into the wet mixture and mix in quickly.
• Make sure you mix it in one direction.
• Add walnuts and mix well. Adding walnuts is optional. You can skip it If you don’t want.
• Or you can use almonds or cashew nuts or choco chips in place of walnuts.
• Line up a tray with butter paper and pour the cake batter into it.
• Garnish with walnuts and tap the tray well.
• Remove the ring of the cooker and close the lid.
• Preheat the cooker on high heat for 5 minutes.
• You can add a thin layer of salt at the base if you want.
• Place a stand at the base and place the cake tin on it.
• You can use an empty pot in place of stand.
• Bake the cake on low to medium heat for about 40 minutes.
• Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for 5 minutes. Bake the cake at 180 Dec C for about 40-45 minutes.
• Check with tooth pick. If it comes out clean, it means the cake is baked well.
• Take the tin out and let it cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges with the help of knife and flip it over into a dish.
• Remove the butter paper and cut it into pieces. Chocolate cake is ready.
