Kayaking Big Kahuna on the Nantahala Cascades

(05/25/2024) Finally felt like getting back on the Nantahala Cascades again. It’s been over 2 years since I last paddled it. I had several bad moments on the Scades in the past and decided to step away from it for a bit. Happy to finally push past my fears and get after it again. I only got footage/photos from other people as I wasn’t even expecting the Cascades/Upper to have water. I was just in the area as I had plans to paddle the Lower Nantahala with some of my close friends. Also, I never got any footage from my perspective as I left my GoPro at camp. For anyone that was wondering, I did still have the empty case on my helmet though.
