Ingredients:

250 g shrimps (peeled and deviened)
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 gloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 small red bell pepper (diced)
235 g pineapple chunks (sliced)
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
onion springs (garnish)

Cooking Procedures:

1. Fry shrimp until it turns orange. Remove from the wok then set aside.

2. Saute onions until translucent and garlic until aromatic. Add red bell pepper and stir for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add scrambled eggs and cook halfway. Followed by cooked rice and stir for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce and cook for 1-3  minutes.

5. After 3 minutes, add black pepper, mix then add shrimps and stir again for another 1 minute.

6. Turn off the stove, transfer to a serving plate or bowl. Garnish spring onions.

7. Serve hot and enjoy.
