Did you depend on alcohol for so long that now you don't know what to drink or HOW to be social? Do you still want to visit bars, concerts, birthday parties, clubs, etc... and don't know what to replace your favorite beverages with?

I make a few suggestions in this video and talk about the ritual of drinking and the habits we developed over time and how to replace bad habits with some new ones.

Note: replacing alcoholic beverages with sugary ones aren't the best idea, but it's a step.

My favorites include: #nonalcoholic #gingerbeer , and #kombucha . #soda in an appropriate glass can also look like an alcoholic beverage, and #nonalcohlic #BEER is also available at most bars!
