Hello Everyone! Today my main ingredient is fish. You can take any fish of you choice.. Vanjiram/neymeen (Spanish mackerel) Sankara fish (red snapper) will be top notch. Today i got Barramundi which is Koduva and hence I prepared with it. You can pick fish of your choice. Barramundi sambal will be excellent the next day than the first day.. So lets see the ingredients required to start. I shall break it into three steps. One for fish fry, Sambal paste, Sambal preparation.

◦•●◉✿ Ingredient to fry fish 🐠🐋🐟 ✿◉●•◦

1/2 kg Barramundi / Koduva
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp of salt
200 ml oil to fry fish
Mix it all well and keep aside to fry fish

◦•●◉✿ Ingredients for Sambal paste ✿◉●•◦

Soak 50 grams of red chilli in hot water for 30 minutes
10 cloves of garlic
1 big onion chopped
10 to 14 small onions
1 chopped tomato
Grind it all together into paste by adding half glass of water and 2 tbsp of any cooking oil

◦•●◉✿ Ingredients to make Sambal ✿◉●•◦

We will use the fish fried oil
2 Big Onion chopped
2 Big tomatoes chopped
1.5 tsp of sugar (white/brown of your choice)
1.5 tsp of salt (Can be adjusted as per your taste)
Half glass Tamarind water

Keep all the above ingredients ready and follow the video for preparation.
