Veggie Dashi Stock:
1L Water
15g Konbu
2 dried shiitake mushrooms
1/4 small cabbage
1/4 onion
1/2 potato
1/3 carrot
1 clove garlic

Oatly Oatmilk

Optional: Shallot Aroma oil

Directions:
1. Soak Konbu and Shiitake in 1L of water overnight
2. Add vegetables and heat stock until simmering. When it reaches a simmer remove konbu
3. cover and keep at 180 degrees farenheit for 1 and a half hours
4. Strain veggie stock

To serve blend 1 part veggie dashi stock to 1 part oatly oat milk. whisk 300ml of combined double soup into a heated bowl with 1 tablespoon of miso tare.
