You can experiment with different veggies, add masala to suit your taste buds.

I made 5 small Handvo with the below quantity, adjust accordingly based on your requirement. You can also refrigerate remaining Handvo batter for later use, don't add vegetables if you are planning to store it.

Ingredients
Rice 1cup
Chana dal ½cup
Arhar(toor) dal ¼cup
Urad dal ¼cup
Fenugreek (methi) seeds 2tsp
Bottle gourd(grated) 1cup
Carrot(grated) ½cup
Green chilli 1tbsp
Ginger(grated) 1tsp
Coriander leaves 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt to taste
