POKE_BLK: Write memory area

The "Write memory area" instruction is used to write a memory area to a
different standard memory area without specifying a data type.
I used this instruction to write the array of bits (array of error bits used for
a multi instance function block) into an array of words which then used for alarms wherein 'Array' data type cannot be used.
