One of the last workouts before the Virtual Shamrock Shuffle 8k next week, a threshold workout, 6xmile at threshold with 1 minute rest. Then, 4x200m at mile pace with 200m jog. I did modify the workout a bit to make it 6:00 reps versus miles. Overall, I'm feeling good going into the taper week.
