CHICKEN KABSA

INGREDIENTS:
•Ghee -2tblspn
•Sunflower oil -2tblspn
•Onion(chopped) -1small
•Ginger(julienne cut) -small piece
•Tomato puree - 3tomatoes
•Tomato paste - 2-3tblspn (tomato sauce also can be used)
•Dry lemon - 1or2
•Whole black pepper -10
•Clove - 6-8
•Cardamom -4
•Kashmiri chilly powder -1tblspn
•Cinnamon powder -1tspn
•Cardamom powder -1/2tspn
•Pepper powder -1/2tspn
•Salt - as needed
•Chicken(without skin) - 8leg & thigh pieces
•Water - 1.5cup for 1cup rice
•Basmati long rice -2.5cup(washed &soaked for 3hrs)
