Gameplay without commentary of the 1995 video game Chrono Trigger developed by Square and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).

All gameplay was captured from a North American (Label M/SNS-ACTE-USA, Rear stamp code 40) copy of the game running on a Super Nintendo Entertainment System model SNS-001 (Motherboard Code SNS-CPU-GPM-01, 2-Chip) using a YPbPr component cable from HD Retrovision. Footage has been upscaled to 4K (2160p) using the RetroTINK-4K for clarity.

The RetroTINK-4K is also being used to apply a linear scanline effect as well as a minor horizontal blur in an effort to approach the appearance of playing on a CRT display; as would be commonplace at the time of the game's release.
