Our favourite Aqua man subtilises a fast-paced resistance training program and his approach is very unique. More specifically, he does 7 sets of 7 reps of a given exercise, each set followed by a 7-second rest period. After the 7 sets, he rests for 1 to 2 minutes, and then he goes for a second round, where he does 6 sets of 6 reps of the same exercise, giving himself a 6-second rest period between sets. After the end of the round, he rests again for 1 to 2 minutes, before going for a third round, where he does the same exercise for 5 sets of 5 reps, each set followed by a 5-second rest period. Then, he moves on to the next exercise.
