In this 2022 Mentor Collective event, learn how Georgia Institute of Technology is making strides in fostering sense of belonging for first-generation students with peer mentorship. Dr. Charmaine Troy joins us to review program results and talk about first-generation student programming.

Objectives:
- Contextualize increases in sense of belonging for mentees (+3.70%) and mentors (+2.27%) at Georgia Tech through Dr. Troy’s research on first-generation students.

- See how Georgia Tech tracks and analyzes peer mentorship program data at scale to support first-generation students and gain buy-in from stakeholders
