Wasnt meant to ferment so far out but it went over into DIPA territory after 7.5% and finished at 7.9%. Hoppy AF bitterness to test most limits but ya know what it’s a great beer. 😁

Ingredients/brew schedule:

FERMENTABLES

2.5kg Maris otter

250g crystal 100

150g flaked torrified oats

250g light DME

SCHEDULE

Mash at 65C for 1hr

Sparge 76c

8day brew approx


HOPS

Total 167.5g centennial hops

37.5g (60min) - boil

50g (30min) boil

35g (80C) hop stand - 20min

45g dry hop (day 5) for 3 days contact

YEAST

lallemand NOTTINGHAM yeast

OG 1.066

FG 1.006

ABV 7.9%
