Eugene Cernan, commander of the Apollo 17, was the last man to walk on the lunar surface: it was December 14, 1972. Today, at 80, he travels the world as a brand Ambassador of Omega, a company that provides the watches to NASA, recalling his memorable days on the moon and glancing at the future with hope, when the feet of another man will step again on the surface of the moon, or why not, that of Mars. We met him at the opening of the new permanent exhibition devoted to space and astronomy of the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. Ladies and gentlemen, Eugene Cernan.
