A dysphonic gets back to singing

She used to sing than studying she developed dysphonia, she tried speech therapy and no results on the singing. We worked exclusively online, I worked on the central hips joint functionality and here she is: soft sound is here, more projection. In my perspective the previous voice training had been focused only on the vocal tract and exceeded the capacity of the general musculoskeletal contributions in her voice production and it showed as uncontrolled movements in the vocal tract and exacerbated tensions. General musculoskeletal system is part of the vocal system and a voice contributor, just not yet acknowledged in the specific terms and mechanics I am pioneering in opening discussion and strategies.
Just a note for everyone: she did for a period pole dancing and the thoracic and hips work involved when well performed is so good that she saw her voice stabilise even more; so do not just ask me but move functionally those important mobile segments.
