Johann Christian Bach's Sinfonia for double orchestra in E flat major op. 18 no. 1 was the last piece in a program that combined music of Johann Sebastian Bach and hist three sons Carl Philipp Emanuel, Wilhelm Friedemann and Johann Christian. This symphony must have been appreciated by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart since it opening majestic unisono re-appears in a modified version also in Mozart's "Haffner" Symphony KV 385.
