The Fan Dance - How Tough Are The SAS?

The Fan Dance is a 24k military themed, route march over Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons. It's a brutal race against the clock carrying a 45lb bergen over some of the most hostile terrain in the UK. It is also part of the SAS special forces selection tests and I have decided that it would be a good idea to give it a go...
