Join me for what is arguably the most grueling loadbearing challenge the Brecon Beacons have to offer: TSFE Fan Dance TRINITY! This isn't just one SAS Fan Dance... it's THREE back-to-back in ONE weekend, across 62km of the rugged Brecon Beacons and ascending its highest peak Pen-y-Fan SIX times.

Experience the highs and lows as I battle through each leg: the brutal Saturday morning march, the infamous Dark Trail night hike, and the final push on Sunday. With a 25lb pack + food & water (over 50's category) 3 km of elevation gain, and a very high attrition rate, this is the ultimate test of endurance.

But it's not just about the physical challenge. Witness the incredible camaraderie as I cross paths with SAS legend Melvyn Downes, who offers words of inspiration to all participants. And then there's Andy, a fellow participant on his FOURTH attempt to conquer the Fan Dance. Will this finally be his year??
