MH4u session: Seregios Three, featuring Rathalos

Well, with the prospect of upgrading my arsenal of long swords, I decided to upgrade the Seregios LS. For those who may not know, all baldemaster Seregios weapons restore a bit of sharpness after a set amount of evades, and for gunners, ammo. For weapons like the great sword and hammer, this is great. Longsword and other fast attacking weapons, eehhh, not so much. Still, with the upgrade comes purple sharpness and an extra deco slot. The Seregios armor also provide Edge Lore, which is a combo skill of Minds Eye and Razor sharp. Both very useful skills, but not top tier. Still, with a good talsiman, there are enough deco slots to gem other useful skills, like evasion. Since I also plan to upgrade my Rathalos LS, I decided on the Rath and Sergio quest. On top of unlocking new materials to trade for, I get mats for both weapons. Two birds with one stone. A long, pointy stone. However, the fact that it took so long for the two to separate was a quite the conundrum, and both staying by the zone transition point for the first half of the fight was REAL fun. A feature I'm glad got phased out In MH World and MH Rise. Luckily enough, both wyverns are weak to the thunder element, so there was no need to unequip the Rightful Beheader. I got to learn to dodge those Seregios sweeps. I have been thinking of adding my own subtitles to future video, with the hopes that the added commentary will add more flavor to the quests as well as give insight to my thoughts during a hunt, which usually involves calling BS on the attack pattern RNG. Such is the mind of a LS scrub.
