Prior to Leg Lengthening surgery it's super important to be really flexible and have good range of motion (ROM) especially for athletes and those who do sports or lift weights.

Most people just stretch once or twice a week and just hold for 15sec and done. Nope. Not gonna work like that. Instead do Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching at least 5x per week for up 2-3months before your leg lengthening surgery!

It’s what I used to prepare for my LL surgery and to come back faster. So get stretching...you're taller femurs and or tibiae will thank you!
