I have given two options, one you can make from scratch using raw Garbanzo beans or second you can use canned chickpeas if you are in hurry!

Written Recipe:
1 cup Boiled chickpeas or canned chickpeas (drained )
2-3 Tbsp Mayonnaise or Hung curd
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
1 tbsp honey or 1-2 tsp sugar
1 tsp red chili powder / paprika
1/2 tsp garam masala / curry powder
pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tsp lime or lemon juice
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chili minced (optional)
1/4th cup chopped fresh coriander (any fresh herbs of your choice parsley or spring onions )

Mix well & set it aside.
Take Tortilla and spread your favorite sauce, I used sweet and tangy chutney recipe here    • SWEET CHUTNEY RECIPE FOR SAMOSA & CHA...  
Layer with chickpeas, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, onions, lettuce. You may also use cucumbers or any veggies of your choice. Add some more sauce and
Roll it tight and grill on all sides until crunchy.
