Chicken Katsu Curry Kiev

Is it a crazy idea to put curry sauce into a chicken Kiev? Hell no! I'm a massive fan of chicken, katsu curry, so wanted to try a different way to create my favourite dish. This is my Chicken Katsu curry Kiev and its a game changer! The crispy panko breadcrumbs seal in the tender chicken and then the curry sauce just oozes out onto the rice. Serve with rice, coriander and a few leaves for the ultimate treat meal.
