Todays video is the unboxing of my new RUTLANDS Mitre Saw, I was bought this as a present from Mrs Shedshop, a belated birthday present because I was intent on looking around for the best that we could afford with the specs that I wanted. These specs were the ability to be kept against a wall, I wanted a shadow line technology, trench cutting facility and to be a sliding mitre saw with the ability to cut deep without the addition of needing a big blade.
Now I am a big advocate of Rutlands Tools as I have owned many over the years and enjoy the quality of their tools. I know they aren't manufactured by or even thought up by Rutlands, but they are more a procurement company that likes to get the best for a really reasonable price and passes it on to the customer "WORLDWIDE".
Anyway this is about the new mitre saw and at the moment of release of the video it was sitting at £150 which I think is an absolute bargain considering how much of a saw you get. I'm going to be using this a lot over the next few weeks to give this a real test and then I'm going to put up a review video to let you know what I really think of it.
