Did you know that over 60% of Pastors and Preachers cannot honestly name a genuine mentor? Meaning that they have not come through a mentorship process. Subsequently, many of them end up not mentoring, hence continuing the cycle. Perpetuating a very serious gap and crisis in the life of the church in as far as preaching God's Word is concerned.
