Ingredients 材料:
1) Honey red bean (蜂蜜红豆):
• 25g red bean (25克 红豆)
• 1 cup water (1 杯水)
• 10g sugar (10 克 糖)
• 15g honey (15克 蜂蜜)

2) Egg yolk batter 蛋黄糊:
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 35g veg. Oil (35克 植物油)
• 45g milk (45克 牛奶)
• 45g cake flour (45克 低筋面粉)
• 7g matcha powder (7克 抹茶粉)

3) Meringue 蛋白霜:
• 3 egg whites (3个蛋白)
• 45g sugar (45克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp cream of tartar or lemon juice (1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁)
