Ingredients:

200g sweet potato starch noodles (also known as glass noodles or dangmyeon)
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
100g spinach
100g mushrooms
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey(or sugar)
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
100g pork or beef (shoulder or haunch)(optional)

Instructions:

- Soak glass noodles in water for about 10 minutes until they become soft but still chewy.

- Boil the soaked noodles for 7-8 minutes and rinse them under cold water.

- In a bowl, mix together the cooked noodles, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of honey(or sugar). Adjust the seasoning to taste.

- Slice the onion and carrot into thin strips. Then, stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Rinse them under cold water and squeeze out excess water.

- Slice mushrooms thinly and stir-fry them until cooked.

- If using pork, slice it into thin strips and stir-fry it until cooked.

- Mix the noodles and vegetables(cooked pork, if using) together until well combined and evenly coated with the sauce.

- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve hot or at room temperature as a main dish or side dish.

재료:
당면 200g
양파 1/2개
당근 1/2개
시금치 100g
버섯 100g
간장 2스푼
참기름 1스푼
꿀(혹은 설탕) 1스푼
고명으로 볶은깨
돼지고기나 소고기(앞다릿살 혹은 뒷다릿살) 100g (선택사항)

방법:

- 당면을 10분간 물에 불립니다.

- 불린 당면을 7-8분간 삶은 뒤 찬물에 헹궈줍니다.

- 그릇에 삶은당면과 간장 2스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 꿀이나 설탕 1스푼을 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다. 간은 입맛에 맞게 조절해주세요.

- 양파와 당근은 채썰은 뒤 부드러워질때까지 2-3분간 볶아줍니다.

- 시금치는 30초 정도 물에 데치고 찬물로 헹군 뒤 물기를 꼭 짜줍니다.

- 버섯도 얇게 썰은 뒤 볶아줍니다.

- 돼지고기를 사용한다면 마찬가지로 길게 썰어 익혀줍니다.

- 양념된 당면과 채소, 고기(사용한다면)를 넣고 양념이 고루 배도록 다같이 잘 섞어줍니다.

- 마지막으로 볶은깨를 솔솔 뿌려주면 완성!
