In today’s video, I take you through a follow along stretch and mobility routine that is perfect for the motocross athlete! This video is designed to be FOLLOW ALONG. So make sure once I start stretching, you start your stop watch and do the stretches along with me! Static stretching is great for boosting recovery, reducing muscle soreness, and increasing your body’s range of motion!

Remember, this routine is a tiny snapshot from the world of stretching. There are several techniques that I didn’t include. This video is meant to teach you basic stretching skills so you can get started on your own!
