Guided Surgery in the Aesthetic Zone: Immediate Implant Placement with Immediate Temporary Crown

Tooth 11 is diagnosed with external resorbtion and currently presents with discolouration and increasing mobility.
Digital implant treatment is planned, with digital implant positioning after CBCT and intraoral scan. After the implant plan, an immediate temporary crown in manufactured for placement at the day of the surgery.

Flapless extraction is performed and the implant placed with guided surgery. Consequently the buccal gap of the socket is augmented with Xenograft, while the soft tissue space maintained with collagen sponge.

Finally a provisional crown is immediately placed on the implant through a Titanium abutment and an emax prefabricated crown.
