Travel Buddy Oven Cook Ups Ep 16 - Crispy Chicken Wings & Vegies

Travel buddy cook up number 16, Crispy Chicken Wings & Vegies. I was looking forward to a drive to clear the head and just enjoy getting out the bush again and I definitely got that. My first job was in Ivanhoe NSW which is a 4 hour drive by road, back roads were closed due to rain. After finishing the job and having my lunch in Ivanhoe it was time to find my way to Nymagee, a place I have been to many times but not for a very long time. The goal was to try a new farm stay out which is a few kilometers out of Nymagee and of course the coldness of the beer at the pub. I decided to try a different route there, which was a great drive, just had a few obstacles I wasn't expecting. This worked out well for the cook up as it was spot on when I arrived at Four Corners Farm Stay. https://www.fourcornersfarmstay.com.au/

The food turned out perfect, the camping was spot on and I got a few extra jobs while I was out there, couldn't of asked for a better couple of days actually.

*Remember its not perfect, compared to the way you cook at home in your own oven, but it's all happening while your driving and saving you time when you arrive at your destination or for your lunch stop on the road. Keep trying different foods and times and see what works for you and your family.

Pre heat oven for 30mins if you want to, Prep time 15 -20mins total, cooking time approx 2-3 Hrs depending on when you want to eat and how long you want to cook for. I find the slower and longer the better.
Ingredients -
Chicken Wings (number will depend on how many people you are cooking for)
Crumb mix - Breadcrumbs, cornflour, garlic salt, paprika, season all, chicken stock, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Feel free to add your favourite spices
Seasonal vegetables, what ever you have in the fridge or cupboard
Cheese
