Blacksmithing: Forging an Angle Iron Leaf For Use in Metal Cattails Sculpture

In this blacksmithing video, I'm forging an leaf from angle iron. An angle iron leaf makes a neat effect for a metal cattail sculpture. I show the forging and finishing process.

You could use this blacksmith technique on various diy angle iron projects such as hand forged sculpture. Forged iron sculpture could be anything from organic to modern styling.

These leaves would be great for use in metal cattails. You could make a metal cattails sculpture or even metal cattail art centerpiece or wall sconce. These forged cattails are fun to make, and they are a very neat effect.
