This is the narrated presentation (slightly adapted) of my keynote at the Enterprise Architecture Conference Europe 2018. It is about the relation between Architecture and Agile.

In a sense it is a follow-up to my keynote from EAC 2016 and the Gartner EA Summit of 2015, Chess and the Art of Enterprise Architecture (also on my channel). That video explains the fundamental flaws of old-school Enterprise Architecture and my experiences with a more agile approach to architecture in an 'upfront-design' project setting.
