FFVI Genji Glove farm!

In the World of Ruin, you can travel in Figaro Castle between Kohlingen and South Figaro or vice versa, stop and explore when the journey pauses, and make your way through the dungeon to the Ancient Castle. I brought Mog for his relic that prevents enemy encounters along the way.
Outside of the castle is where you will find the Samurai enemy. I'll kill the other two enemies, then have someone with Ragnarok equipped use the summon for the Metamorph ability. You have maybe a 25% chance for Genji Glove to show up as a possible reward, but even if you get that, there is maybe a 10% chance for Metamorph to actually work and give you an item. For this reason, I bring Gogo along with Hermes Sandals (Haste) equipped. If the initial Metamorph does not end the battle and give you an item, I use Gogo's Mimic ability for another chance. Once you start doing this, you cannot use any other ability, or it will change what Gogo mimics.

** 2023 Pixel Remaster change ** - they made this much easier, in my opinion. Whenever you see the sword plunge into the ground, the Metamorphosis will be successful. I got 10 genji gloves in about 2 hours this time around.
