Per person :
100 gram Pasta (high quality)
2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
Handfull of Parsley

Cook pasta untill it's halfway cooked, in the meantime chop the garlic and parsley.
Fry the garlic untill it has some color and throw in the (half cooked) pasta.

Keep adding spoons of pasta water and stirring, almost the way we are cooking a risotto.
Once the pasta is fully cooked, kill the heat and season with salt.
Put the parsley inside and serve.

Optionally you can add some parmesan and lemon.
