Ingredients -

1 bunch of malabar spinach
1 cup of grated coconut
*. 2 tablespoon of udad dal
*. 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
1 lemon size of tamarind
3 dried Guntur red chillies
3 dried Byadgi red chillies
*. salt to taste
2 small onions
*. 1 tablespoons of coconut oil

For seasoning

1 large onion
2 tablespoon coconut oil


Recipe -

Seperate the spinach leaves from stem. cut the stems into small pieces and wash. wash the leaves and roughly chop. Give a onion roughly chop. Pressure cook these for 1 whistle.
Roast udad dal coriander and chillies by using 1tsp coconut oil. let it cool.
In a Mixi Jar add grated coconut , tamarind , roasted items and water. and grind
Add ground masala to cooked spinach. and mix well. Cook it for 5-10 min.

Seasoning-

Chop an onion. Fry the chopped onion by adding Coconut oil in a tadka pan until it turns into golden brown.. Season the curry..
