NRICH - working with teachers

NRICH (https://nrich.maths.org) publishes free mathematics resources across all stages of Early Years and school education, from ages 3 to 18. NRICH's free resources are accompanied by extensive support material to help teachers embed engaging, creative, rich mathematics in the reality of the classroom. The NRICH team also offer teacher professional development, working with around 4,000 teachers a year.

This video features primary school teachers and senior leadership team members involved in a year-long professional development programme delivered by NRICH staff for the London borough of Tower Hamlets. The programme encouraged teachers to develop their practice through becoming learners themselves, reflect on the impact of using NRICH resources with their pupils, and adapt how they used resources to the needs of individual settings and schools.
